Job Summary
">The Commercial Manager plays a critical role in securing the long-term financial and strategic success of renewable energy projects. This position is responsible for leading origination, negotiation, and management of key commercial agreements, supporting project delivery and funding teams through relevant commercial and financial arrangements.
">- Main Responsibilities:
- Negotiate shareholder agreements to ensure alignment with project strategy and corporate governance requirements.
- Liaise with partner developers to negotiate agreements ensuring clarity of roles and protection of company investments.
- Collaborate with project teams and procurement specialists to negotiate key contracts including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Asset Management Agreements, and Turbine Supply Agreements.

">- Commercial acumen with strong financial literacy and ability to balance risk and opportunity in contract negotiations.
- Negotiation and influence skills with ability to build trust and secure value-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in negotiating shareholder agreements, joint ventures or high-value commercial contracts.
