Corporate Tax Senior Manager Position

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team.

As a core member of an integrated client service team, you will participate in diverse assignments, including tax advisory projects. You will engage with Partners and management team to provide counsel to clients regarding suitable business structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely compliance with payment and return filing deadlines for a corporate tax client roster.
  • Collaborate with the management team to nurture and advance the firm's relationship with a designated client portfolio.
  • Engage with Partners and management team to provide counsel to clients regarding suitable business structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation.
  • Play a pivotal role as a core member of an integrated client service team, participating in diverse assignments, including tax advisory projects.

About You:

  • Hold AITI qualification and certified accountant experience.
  • Exhibit proficiency in corporation tax compliance, inclusive of engagements with larger corporates, along with involvement in tax consultancy projects.
  • Demonstrate thorough familiarity and practical application of Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary, and case law.
