Site Management Professional

The primary role of this position is to oversee and direct the execution of site-based operations in accordance with established Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Ensure all works are carried out to the highest quality standards and implement quality control procedures and project-specific protocols.\
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.\
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with work colleagues and design teams.\
  • Manage subcontractors/general workforce on site.\
  • Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure program targets are achieved.\
  • Maintain site records and records of discussions/meetings with designers and subcontractors.\
  • Maximize profit through self-management, accuracy in own work, elimination of re-work, and contractual awareness.\
  • Follow direction as part of a team and attend meetings as required.\
  • Third-level degree in Engineering\
  • 2+ years' experience as a civil site engineer\
  • Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm or similar preferred\
  • Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations\
  • Excellent communication skills\
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project etc.\
  • Proactive and driven person with a strong desire to make progress backed by a strong level of construction knowledge\
  • Salary €45k - €65k depending on experience\
  • EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
