We are seeking a highly skilled expert in process improvement and change management to drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation within our organization.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes that align with business objectives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve tangible results. This includes analyzing complex data sets, identifying root causes, and proposing actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles, resulting in measurable gains in efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate progress tracking and support effective change management across various initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of improvements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that changes are aligned with business objectives and meet stakeholder needs.
- Analyze complex data sets, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document processes, highlight gaps, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance overall performance.
- 3-5 years' experience in business improvement/change initiatives is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree is essential for this position.
- Holding a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is preferred.
- A project management certification is also advantageous.
- The ideal candidate should be skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project and Visio.
- A strong foundation in analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills is required.
