Overview

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support driving productivity and efficiency. This role will help deliver change initiatives, reduce operating costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Monitor progress of initiatives and support effective change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of improvements
  • Analyse data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
  • Document processes, highlight gaps, and propose improvements
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3–5 years' experience in business improvement/change initiatives
  • Project management certification (preferred)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
