Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Monitor progress and provide effective change management support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
  • Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize business performance.
  • Document processes, highlight areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in business improvement/change initiatives.
  • Project management certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio).
