Quality Assurance Specialist
">About the RoleOur multinational medical device manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This 12-month contract will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and be able to initiate and perform defined quality activities leading to new or improved processes or systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance is maintained for product manufacturing, packaging, and labeling
- Develop and implement sampling methods
- Write and review CAPAs, NC/NCMRs, and SCARs to address compliance issues
- Perform internal and supplier audits
- Support external regulatory body audits
Requirements
- Degree level qualification in quality, science, or engineering
- Minimum three years of experience working in regulated environments, specifically medical devices or ISO 13485 registered work environments
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with statistical tools, FMEA's, and root cause analysis tools
