
Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to join our team based in East Cork. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance stores, including ordering parts and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a third-level qualification in Purchasing/Supply Chain and at least 2 years' relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Managing master data, including lead times, pricing, and minimum order quantities.
- Carrying out regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Working closely with the Projects team to ensure adequate spare parts are sourced for key projects.
- Analyzing and reporting on inventory performance and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A strong knowledge of process and plant operations, as well as experience with SAP and PEMAC systems, is also desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance parts are purchased on time, to the correct standard, from the most appropriate supplier and in a cost-effective manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and providing timely and accurate information regarding stocks.
Additionally, you will carry out regular cycle counts and report results, as well as explain all discrepancies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a third-level qualification in Purchasing/Supply Chain and at least 2 years' similar relevant experience.
You will also need to have a strong knowledge of process and plant operations, as well as experience of SAP and PEMAC.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Purchasing maintenance parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and providing timely information.
- Carrying out cycle counts and reporting results.
- Managing vendor relationships and developing partnerships.
- Working closely with the Projects team to source spare parts.
