Office Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. As Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, providing guidance and training, and managing office supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train administrative staff
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Oversee record-keeping, software databases, correspondence, and report preparation
  • Facilitate communication between staff, management, and external parties
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  1. Experience in office administration, housing services, and/or property management
  2. Prior experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or supervisory role
  3. Understanding and knowledge of issues relating to social housing
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Personal skills include strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to act as an internal and external ambassador for VHSS.
