Key Responsibilities:- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives across the business.
- Mentor and develop Supervisors, including Graduate(s) and Operations supervisors.
- Deputise for Operations Manager and represent the business unit at site and operations forums.
- Degree or master's in business, production management, engineering or similar discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- 4 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years minimum Supervisor experience.
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a production environment to complete complex assignments.
