This is a 23 month onsite contract role with full benefits- bonus, Healthcare and pension.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to define and manage program scope.
- Co-ordinate and drive participation and engagement at all forums including absence forum and productivity forum.
- Identify key deliverables for operations and own the operations program schedule.
- Devise, document and contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure for Operations.
- Promote effective resource allocation, monitor staff utilization on activities that will generate the highest business value and aligned with the prioritization process.
- Implement effective communications management strategies to execute leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, and effective risk and issue management.
- Promote current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices.
- Support EHS/6S and ensure proactive approach to health and safety in respect of the Project delivery for Operations.
- Level 8 degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of project management experience preferably in Operations.
