Job Title: Pharmaceutical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dispensary, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and codes of practice. This role will involve providing a safe and efficient dispensing service to customers while interacting effectively with other healthcare professionals.

 

Core Duties:
  1. Implement operational procedures that maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in the dispensary.
  2. Develop and manage effective relationships with other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
  4. Manage staff to optimize team performance and contribute to a positive working environment.
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates in pharmacy practices.
