Join our hotel team as a Hospitality Associate.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our hospitality team as a Hospitality Associate. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with guest queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage guest luggage and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Perform general porter duties as required
Requirements
  • A minimum of [insert relevant experience] years' experience in a customer-facing role is required
