Vehicle Service Advisor

Job Description
">This is a full-time role that involves providing end-to-end service to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting all service customers, scheduling vehicle service bookings, determining workshop availability, and maintaining progress on customer vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role working in the motor industry, with good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge would be an asset, and further training can be provided if necessary.

- Proven experience in providing excellent service to front-line customers
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- A valid driving license for Ireland
- Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit
