About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced OT Architect and Database Administrator to support the delivery of new projects required to meet our strategic objectives. You will work closely with our Operations Systems Support team, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and management of system hardware and databases in our 24x7 environment.
- Deliver on key responsibilities including governance of managed services, hardware estate management, database administration, and cybersecurity.
- Provide specialist advice on hardware and software requirements for High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities.
Key Skills:
This role requires a minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience in OT architecture and database administration. You must have proven ability to deliver on key responsibilities, strong Oracle DBA experience, and Unix operating system skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic, are essential for this role.
