Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to lead our bar and lounge operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and drive success in this key area of the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the bar, including supervising staff, ensuring high standards of service and quality, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and high-quality performance.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring financial performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to inform decision-making and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the hotel and golf resort industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results and improving efficiency.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
