Facilities Administrator Job Opportunity

  We are seeking an organized and skilled individual to fill a role as a Facilities Administrator. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing facilities and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all client requirements are met
  • Managing jobs within the in-house system and progressing them through to completion
  • Allocating tasks to engineers and subcontractors effectively
  • Updating job information in real time on the in-house system
  • Monitoring ongoing works to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating closely with the Contract Management Team and escalating any urgent issues as required

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good technical aptitude with solid IT proficiency
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • A technical background in facilities management, trades, mechanical, or electrical fields is advantageous but not essential
