The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of assistants in the IT department and implementing and maintaining unified communication and collaboration solutions across our business offices in Ireland.

- To manage and maintain unified communication and collaboration solutions">
- To supervise and manage a small team of assistants in the IT department">
- To implement and maintain all PC hardware and Windows operating systems">
- To provide technical support and guidance to other teams as required">
- To contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes">
- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering">
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role">
- Excellent understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems">
- Strong technical background and experience with unified communications solutions">
- Project Management experience">
- Experience of working with meeting room technology, Telecoms support and Mobile support">
- Knowledge of MTR Solutions and Audio & Video Codecs">
- Supervisory / Management experience essential">
