
Ireland Customer Account Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Account Management team in Ireland. As a CAM Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering results, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. They will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and drive business growth through innovation and digital adoption.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the account management team.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize customer attrition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and digital adoption to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Leadership experience: 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a sales or account management role.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of financial services and market trends.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
