Key Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage department.

  • Ensure seamless operation in all areas, addressing discrepancies with relevant Heads of Department as needed.
  • Be responsible for service delivery and standards throughout the entire building when on duty.
  • Regularly patrol the building, ensuring fire exits are clear and functioning properly.
  • Interact with customers regularly, gathering feedback on quality of product and service levels, responding effectively to guest problems and complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date signage throughout the building, professionally displayed and in the correct standard.
  • Conduct regular patrols, paying particular attention to cleanliness both inside and outside the building.
  • Take charge and lead the team in case of a fire alarm or pre-alarm scenario.
  • Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities Extend To:
  • Inspecting guest bedrooms daily.
