Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop staffing plans by assessing resource requirements and coordinating selection processes with Human Resources.
  • Invest in direct reports through providing training, assigning challenging tasks, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitor daily operations and guide nonexempt staff to achieve unit goals.
  • Engage with internal and external customers through regular meetings and explanation of procedures.
  • Interpret and implement policies affecting individuals within the assigned organizational unit.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop work schedules by evaluating priorities and available resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Must demonstrate personal leadership experience and understand positive employee engagement.
  • Excellent working knowledge of manufacturing best practices and business awareness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence relationships at all levels.
