About the Role
  • This role involves key financial reporting activities and strategic planning for growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts will be a core responsibility.
  • Annual financial statements preparation, including liaison with auditors, is also required.
  • Deputising for the Finance Manager and guiding junior team members will be essential.
  • Mitigating financial risks and implementing internal controls are critical components of this role.
  • Driving process improvements within the Finance function will also be expected.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with 3-5 years PQE is required.
  • Experience in a scaling business would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills are necessary.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential.
