The Opportunity

You will lead the delivery of digital solutions across business lines and global geographies. Responsibilities include defining and driving social, mobile, web, and marketing automation solutions to drive customer engagement.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can shape direction, oversee portfolio governance, and ensure successful execution of planned programs that drive business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program vision, strategic objectives, and success metrics.
  2. Lead portfolio planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital strategy and customer experience goals.
  3. Establish frameworks to monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure transparency across all program activities.
  4. Oversee the delivery of a high-value portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  5. Drive proactive risk management, scope control, and change management to ensure program stability and stakeholder confidence.
  6. Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision making and resource allocation.
Incident Management & Operational Resilience
  1. Lead the incident management function for the portfolio, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical IT issues.
  2. Establish and maintain incident response protocols, escalation paths, and communication plans.
  3. Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to minimize disruption and restore services efficiently.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement and prevent recurrence.
  5. Monitor incident trends and implement proactive measures to enhance system reliability and service quality.
Resource and Team Management
  1. Manage performance, coach team members, and resource team appropriately to deliver on objectives while driving a culture of excellence.
  2. Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based on their abilities.
  3. Supervise, motivate, and mentor cross-functional/cross-divisional project team of project managers and business analysts.
Accountability and Impact
  • Direct oversight of strategic programs with significant visibility at the executive level.
  • Final decision authority on program-level budgets, delivery timelines, incident resolution strategies, and resource commitments.
