Medical Claims Specialist Role Overview

This is a high-profile position in the Claims Department, where you will be responsible for processing medical claims for clients worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of this fast-paced environment. As a Medical Claims Specialist, you will ensure timely follow-up of claims, deliver a superior client experience, and accurately report results.

  • Process claims within agreed company SLA, Clear to Zero, and adjudicate each claim in accordance with our policy benefits to achieve company loss ratio targets
  • Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting
  • Consistently contribute to departmental success by meeting agreed personal and team targets for both productivity and quality
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working with tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Valid EU work permit with the ability to work full time year round
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
