Job Profile

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill Claims Handler positions within our Dublin-based team.

This role involves processing medical claims for clients globally, ensuring exceptional client service while meeting a 48-hour claim resolution timeframe.

  • Claims handlers will process and adjudicate each claim according to company policy benefits, striving to achieve industry-leading loss ratio targets.
  • They must ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of claims, providing timely follow-up to deliver an outstanding client experience and precise reporting.
  • Contributions to departmental success will be measured by achieving agreed productivity and quality targets.
  • Team members will foster healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process claims efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely adjudication/investigation of claims.
  3. Meet or exceed personal and team targets for productivity and quality.
  4. Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to work effectively with diverse teams.
