The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of defence litigation files, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You will also conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with a keen attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, barristers, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and mediations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Executive, specifically in Defence Litigation (healthcare litigation experience is advantageous).
