Electrical Maintenance Technician

Role Description:
As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facilities and services. This includes electrical and mechanical problem solving, providing technical support, and collaborating with the Production Team to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine checks and monitoring of Plant and Equipment operation to ensure optimum performance and compliance with contractual requirements;
- Calibrate and test plant equipment, alarms, and instrumentation in accordance with CMMS and/or contractual requirements;
- Complete Planned Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance required in accordance with CMMS, and record completion of same with CMMS;
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Key qualifications include a Mechanical qualification and experience working in a facility maintenance environment. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic drawings is an advantage.
