Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations

As a key member of our global network, you will play an integral role in ensuring the continuity of supply within our operations. This challenging and rewarding role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Site S&OP/OBP Process to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Manage CMO Allocation process to optimize resource allocation
  • Provide long-term netted forecast requirements and short-term supply priorities to support business decisions
  • Oversee ExM SC BU Weekly Tiered Hot Topics meeting to drive discussion and resolution of key issues
  • Suggest EXM VPTs for new product introduction and tech transfer projects to support innovation
  • Ensure appropriate warehousing capacity availability to meet customer needs
  • Act as central point of contact between ExM SC and GSC Planning Teams to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Represent ExM SC in GSC meetings to provide input and recommendations for business decisions
  • Present analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations to drive informed decision-making
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities to inspire and engage teams
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines to deliver results
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints to ensure compliance
  • APICS or related qualification to demonstrate expertise in supply chain management
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment to provide depth and breadth of knowledge
  • Project Management qualification or experience desirable to support business growth and development
