Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior real estate professional to drive the growth of our portfolio. As the second-in-command, you will play a pivotal role in originating new business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Managing Director in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities;
- Analyse and structure lending/investment deals, preparing underwriting documents for review by our investment committee;
- Lead the loan execution process, coordinating with third-party professionals to ensure timely and efficient transactions;
- 4+ years of experience in real estate, with a strong background in analysis and modelling;
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, including forecasting and commentary;
