Paid Social Account Manager Role Overview
This key role is responsible for leading the day-to-day implementation of strategy through aligned paid social planning, campaign and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a drive for results and a commitment to excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality paid social media plans for assigned clients, aligning with client objectives and strategy.
- Monitor, optimize and manage all paid social activity against KPIs and timelines.
- Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid social activities.
- Delegate, brief and oversee the work of junior team members.
- Assist with client interactions, including briefing sessions, post-campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, specialist teams and client teams.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly as they relate to paid social media.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape.
- Ability to produce high-standard paid social media plans with accompanying rationale.
- Attention to detail, influential leadership skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial management and people management.
