About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Specialist to drive traffic and conversions through innovative advertising campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing data, producing reports, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. You will also collaborate with our Data Science team to create and implement new and disruptive solutions to advertising, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments. A deep understanding of paid media platforms, lead generation, and performance metrics is essential. You should be able to deliver quantifiable results, using data to inform decisions and drive performance across the funnel.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management and content marketing
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive high-quality inbound interest
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on insights that reflect true marketing effectiveness
  • Native or near-native fluency in English, both written and spoken
