Quantity Surveyor Role Summary

About this Position:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

About the Job:

  • Responsibilities include compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, and contractual correspondence with stakeholders.

About Your Qualifications:

  • You will need a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a QS role.
  • Demonstrated mechanical construction experience is essential.
  • Experience working on life sciences or heavy industrial projects.
  • Valid working rights within Ireland.
