Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and digital solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams to analyze, document, and improve digital platforms, integrations, and workflows.

You will also support the launch of new functionalities and capabilities within the Canadian Market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead market analysis and competitive research related to our digital products.
  • Champion the design and delivery of personalized digital experiences for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business strategy and customer objectives.
  • Work closely with the US Digital Squad team to localize solutions to the Canadian market.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key digital platforms.
  • Establish processes for alignment with key stakeholders and priorities.
  • Partner with US Product and Squad teams to support digital product enhancements.
  • Be a point of contact for Franchisees navigating through questions and support tickets.
  • Loyalty and CRM platform SME – supporting offer building, data integration flow, and analytics.
  • Manage Deeplinking and ongoing analysis of data trends.
  • Share regular feedback with business partners.
  • Support a cross-functional team with Digital Menu initiatives.
  • Ensure menu hierarchy, imagery, pricing, and naming consistency across app, kiosk, and digital menu boards.
  • Coordinate with brand, operations, and IT to reflect core menu and LTOs accurately.
  • Lead Delivery Integration – working directly with vendor partners to manage delivery menu management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams with a proven history of achieving business results.
  • 4+ years of experience working with a variety of digital technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and align stakeholders with competing interests.
  • Proven prioritization and organization skills.
  • Possesses financial acumen to ensure organizational change efforts align with financial perspective.
