Job Title: Brand Developer

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and generate new distribution channels by fostering and leveraging relationships with key regional partners.
  • Achieve a predetermined minimum quantity of visits to New Distribution Points aligned to client performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and maintain the increase in distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client performance metrics.
  • Contribute continually to other activities that yield a return on investment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data analytically.
  • Self-motivated individual with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Administration and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems.
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales is desirable but not essential.
