Senior Trade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the trade and settlements team, you will be responsible for handling functions including unitised fund and ETF post-trade activities, financial transaction tax declarations, and CSDR regulatory reporting.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager of the Trade & Settlements team and collaborate with partner teams across EMEA, APAC, and North America to ensure timely and accurate completion of these functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete daily team responsibilities as outlined above.
- Research and resolve complex issues independently.
- Ensure accurate and timely trade settlement following proper procedures and quality checks.
- Handle activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact.
- Interact with committees and senior management as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior staff.
- Supervise daily operational activities of junior team members.
- Maintain technical expertise and broader knowledge across areas.
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions.
- Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes.
- Report daily metrics and clear reconciliation exceptions in line with guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy under pressure.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and client focus.
- Experience in trade and settlement or cash reconciliation is preferred.
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and initiative.
