Private Debt Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Debt Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily processing of loan securities, including private debt loans, direct lending loans, club loans, broadly syndicated loans (BSLs) term loans, revolvers, and delayed draw term loans.

  • Identify and process life cycle events for portfolios containing multiple asset types.
  • Collaborate with loan administrators to interpret and problem-solve loan-related information.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external parties to resolve exceptions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the daily processing of securities, including bonds, equities, and FX forwards.
  2. Liaise between clients, loan agents, and internal teams to resolve breaks and open reconciling items.
  3. Process trade corrections and manage pre-settlement confirmation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Loan administration and private debt financial security instruments experience.
  • Experience of the private debt trade flow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
