Job Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support our recruiting team in coordinating the interview process for experienced candidates. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

The role involves scheduling and confirming phone and on-site interviews, maintaining candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System, and managing phone calls and inquiries from candidates or internal employees. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for supporting recruiters and attending presentations, conferences & special events as required.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
  • Manage communications with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Relevant experience or internship in a similar role required
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
