Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Scheduler to join our team on a 6-month contract basis with potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in healthcare recruitment, connecting professionals with clients and supporting the growth of the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a scheduler or coordinator, preferably in healthcare recruitment, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and positive, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.

In this role, you will schedule healthcare workers, manage rotas, and update internal systems. You will also build relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service delivery and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule healthcare workers and manage weekend/out-of-hours rotas.
  • Manage calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Update the internal scheduling system.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates by providing and maintaining an excellent level of service delivery to ensure retention and a positive experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a scheduler/coordinator (ideally in healthcare recruitment but not essential).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a target driven environment.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – confident on the phone when interacting with candidates and clients.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and positive.
