As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our business operations are aligned with regulatory requirements. This involves examining records, reports, and operating practices to verify compliance.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine records, reports, and operating practices to ensure compliance
  • Verify findings by comparing results to documentation
  • Document audit tests and findings
  • Prepare final reports discussing findings with auditees
  • Comply with legal/licensing/ISO requirements, advising management on needed actions
  • Research and assess overall performance and risk management processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver feedback
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Experience with audit software is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Must have a full clean driver's license and own car
