About This Role

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce for success. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and national standards, adherence to professional regulatory bodies, and staying informed on relevant government publications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and maintain accurate HR systems/electronic filing and up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.
  • Ensure proper archiving of files and preparation of information as per requests from relevant authorities.
  • Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Adhere to GDPR guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Change management and adaptability capabilities.
