Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and National Standards, adhering to Professional Regulatory bodies.">
  • Stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.">
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and electronic filing, ensuring up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.">
  • Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.">
  • Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as adhere to GDPR guidelines.">
  • Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations, and other duties as required.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or professional membership of CIPD.">
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.">
  • Three to five years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.">
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.">
  • Possession of a full clean driving license.">
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.">
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.">
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.">
  • Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.">
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.">
  • Change management and adaptability capabilities.">
