Job Overview:

As a Regional HR Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to designated leadership teams, helping them make informed decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with organizational goals
  • Coordinate with other HR functions to ensure seamless delivery of professional support
  • Oversee the execution of all HR initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization
  • Investigate and advise on personnel matters, including employee relations and union complaints
  • Collaborate with line managers to discuss staffing needs and participate in recruitment processes
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of local employment laws and practices
