Senior Financial Business Partner

We are seeking a qualified accountant with a BIG 4 background to join our European Commercial Finance team as a Senior Financial Business Partner.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to transition from practice to industry, with the potential for growth and professional development.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, analyzing cost efficiency, and controlling budgetary processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional support function financial performance (people costs)
- Manage monthly closing and interchanges
- Perform regular financial analysis
- Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts
- Track cost-saving actions
- Promote cost awareness and cost-conscious behavior
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Finance function (FP&A or controls), ideally from an Auditing background
- Pro-active person, team player with an international mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and IFRS principles
- Knowledge of Oracle is advantageous
