Job Description
The role of Financial Business Partner is to provide analytical, financial reporting and forecasting support for senior management.
- Deliver accurate and reliable financial information to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a resource for non-financial personnel on matters of accounting, finance and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior management with financial reporting and forecasting
- Evaluate key business metrics and trends to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business projects forward
- Implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualification or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years post-qualification experience (industry/practice)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
