Job Overview

The Construction Site Manager is responsible for overseeing construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction plans.
  • Organize weekly lookahead meetings with site teams to discuss progress and address any challenges.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key milestones and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure safe working practices on-site by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics to optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports to support project evaluations.
  • Perform walkdowns and quality control checks with trade contractors and client representatives to guarantee quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • Degree in construction management or related field.
  • Extensive experience in clean room construction and fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction software.
