Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Professional to join our team.

This is a critical role in supporting our fast-growing organization and will involve interaction with senior leadership teams.

  • Review, analyze and prepare worldwide journal entries for month-end and quarter-end close in accordance with general corporate accounting processes relating to payroll and all other employee compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare detailed account reconciliations, obtain corresponding support to verify accuracy of the actual financial results, and resolve any reconciling items timely.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis to ensure resulting financial statement results accurately reflect business activity and are in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Analysis and providing explanations for employee compensation related accounts as part of the monthly financial close process.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations for related compensation accruals.

Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and executive management. Ensure and maintain related internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.

Actively engage in process improvements, including developing and maintaining Sarbanes Oxley controls.

Research and provide updates on new accounting standards and their application on our business.

Prepare and manage external auditor deliverables and closely work with the external audit team regarding any quarterly review and annual audit requirements.

Collaborate with other finance departments and business partners to provide ad hoc research, reporting, and projects.
