Job Title: Utility Project Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute technical projects in utility areas supporting all aspects of the facility. The successful candidate will work closely with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure smooth project execution, collaboration with stakeholders to scope projects and requirements, equipment upgrades, problem-solving, and troubleshooting equipment issues prior to qualification and start-up. This is an opportunity to join a leading global healthcare product manufacturing team in Cork, Ireland. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Project management and execution of assigned projects.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to scope projects and ensure requirements are met.
  • Work with System Owners, Maintenance Supervisors & Technicians, Capital Project Engineers, and Vendors to perform equipment upgrades and/or retrofits.
  • Coordination of new processes, equipment, and materials, including problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment issues prior to qualification and start-up.
 Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience.
  • Extensive engineering experience, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong mechanical capability with hands-on experience in a technical role within similar areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, deliver technical solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Solid leadership skills.
  • Technical report writing and communication/presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
