About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Conference and Banqueting Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Conference and Banqueting Manager in planning and executing events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Manage and coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of conference and banqueting operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or Assistant in a high-volume 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards.
