Overview

Responsibilities
  • Carry out all the banqueting duties to the standards laid down in the performance manuals.
  • Break down and set up meeting rooms during the day/night.
  • Assist conference and event organizers with the movement of luggage and equipment to and from meeting rooms.
  • Deep clean meeting rooms and breakout spaces as scheduled in the cleaning plan.
  • Clean all conference and banqueting back-of-house areas, including kitchens.
  • Maintain storerooms in a neat, safe, and clean order.
  • Provide service for all food and beverage requirements as directed.
  • Maintain a presence during all tea/coffee and lunch breaks.
Requirements
  • Experience in a 4/5* hotel in a Food & Beverage or Conference & Banqueting role is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
