About The Role

As a Night Porter at Moxy Dublin Docklands, you'll be the heartbeat of the hotel during the quiet hours. You'll support the Night Manager in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming overnight experience for all guests. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, luggage, and general queries.
  • Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the property.
  • Support the Night Manager with overnight audits and reporting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of public areas and back-of-house spaces.
  • Assist with early morning guest requests, wake-up calls, and breakfast setup.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or guest concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar night-based role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and remain alert and professional throughout the night.
